IQAP Masterbatch Group has pioneered the mass addition of colour and additives to synthetic textiles for the production of staple fibre and continuous filament. Compared to classical dyeing means, colouring the mass melted during the spinning process provides significant competitive advantages: exact colour reproduction and highest colour fastness, new properties for textile materials and an outstanding cut on both  financial and environmental costs, thanks to the absence of waste and the revaluation of recycled products. In our pilot plant we reproduce textile processes on a small scale, visualising results, thus avoiding risks and surprises.
